Registration

To register on the Website the user should provide Personal Information, choose a user name (identified by an email address) and password. Registration is a onetime process, and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login into his / her account directly. You will be required to provide us with your name and other details like- e-mail, contact number, contact address. Confidentiality will be maintained on personal details.

Order

All orders are considered as complete only after the payment has been received by our accounts department. Once the purchase of the items is confirmed by the Customer, our team will pack and deliver the product to the Customer. 

Product Availability

In case of timing differences, there is a possibility that an item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, our team will call the Customer and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, we will confirm the new order. If the cost of the new product is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer will have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new product is less expensive than the previous one, our team shall refund the excess amount to the Customer.

If the bank rejects any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Binja shall have the right to cancel shipment of the order to the Customer without any liability. All credit card payments are processed securely through FAB Bank. Binja Building Materials Trading Company LLC does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the United Arab Emirates. At the time of checkout, if you are unable to see the COD option, it would mean that this option is not enabled for that particular product. Apart from that, you may choose to select this payment option.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to make our shipment quick and pleasant as possible. We ensure that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using Binja delivery drivers. Shipping charges, if any will be mentioned at the time of order.  We also provide a tracking code which the user can use to track their shipment.

Return and Exchange

We respect our customers and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you find a defect on the product delivered or a wrong product delivered your order will be exchanged/canceled within 15 days. The exchange depends on the availability of the product requested by you, In case if the requested product is not available we will refund as per the privacy policy.

Refunds

All refunds are made to the original method of payment for both online and the in store purchases.

Usage of Promo code by the Company

Promo codes that have expired cannot be used on the Website. Binja can ask the Customer for the proof of the received the promo code. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders. Promo codes at Binja  are applicable on certain items/specific orders/specific dates/occasions. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other on going offers on the site.

At the time of placing an order, we need to know your name, e-mail, and credit card details if choosing payment through credit card. This allows us to process your order successfully. This also helps us in maintaining your account. Credit card details will not be stored.
