Return and Refund Policy

For the convenience of our customers, we provide all the details on our website for each item along with their images. Please make sure to go through the details before you purchase the product. We do not have a return option but in the case of any manufacturing defect or received wrong product contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement of the product at the earliest. You will need to send the product in its Original Packing with all accessories and instruction booklets that came.

Documents needed for returns or refund.

The original receipt of purchase, payment bill or the delivery note will be needed for any return or refund.

If an order arrived damaged, defective or if the wrong product was shipped.

If you notice any damage to the product during delivery, then please refuse the delivery and contact us. If any damage is identified after delivery of the product, then please contact us we will replace with the same product.

Refund Method

All refunds are made to the original method of payment for both online and the in store purchases.

Number of days it takes to process a cancellation request.

15 days from the delivery date or date of collection.
