The Saniflo Sanicondens Best Flat is a low-profile 2-in-1 condensate pump and neutraliser designed for condensing boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units and water heaters. With a maximum head of 4.5 m (up to 15 ft) and a flow of 0.38 m³/h, it safely neutralises acidic condensate and then pumps it up to 150 ft (4.5 m) horizontally through a 10 mm discharge line. Its 3.5 L tank, quiet operation below 45 dB(A) and complete installation kit make it ideal for residential, commercial and light-industrial plant rooms.

The Saniflo Sanicondens Best Flat is a compact yet powerful condensate management solution that combines a neutralisation cartridge and condensate pump in a single low-profile unit. Where modern condensing boilers, HVAC systems or refrigeration units produce acidic condensate that cannot reach a drain by gravity, the Best Flat protects pipework, drains and building fabric by raising the pH of the condensate and pumping it safely away.
