Terraco Maxi Roof Coating – White 20L

Ready-to-use, single-component waterproof roof coating formulated with styrene acrylic ester resins, weather-resistant pigments, and graded fillers. It forms a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane that remains strongly bonded to the substrate while allowing the surface to breathe. With excellent UV resistance and high solar reflectivity (SRI > 90), it helps reduce heat absorption and prolong roof life — especially in extreme climatic conditions like the GCC. Maxi Roof Coating is suitable for a wide range of roofing substrates including concrete, roof tiles, metal sheets, asphalt, and PU foam insulation systems. It is economical, fast-drying, and easy to apply using brush, spray, or squeegee.
